A 13-session series

Data Architecture, Foundations First

Foundations-first data architecture, with Data Cloud (D360) as the applied case study.

Every concept is taught as platform-independent data architecture first. D360 is introduced only once the underlying theory exists to hang it on — the platform sessions in Block B exist to show how D360 implements (and sometimes falls short of) the Block A principles, not to introduce new ideas.

Data Failures Workshop — Entity Mixing (Within One Org)

No vocabulary, no framework — get the group to see that an object can secretly hold more than one kind of thing, before naming the concept.

Data Architecture Fundamentals

Platform-agnostic. No tool talk.

Block B · D360 Applied

How Data Cloud (D360) Implements These Principles

Every Block B session has an explicit callback to its Block A counterpart — each platform session is derived from a named foundations session rather than floating as its own topic.
